FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
What areas/cities do you service? Our affordable wedding videography packages are available in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside. A small travel fee of $1.00/mile is added to all bookings.
What type of cameras do you use? We use mirrorless, state-of-the-art Sony DSLR cameras as well as Sony camcorders.
Who will be the videographer at my wedding? It's going to be one of our experienced and professional video production team members. Every videographer we hire has to go through a very thorough application, screening and training process. Since all of our videographers are trained under the same guidelines, the quality of our work is usually the same regardless of who did the job.
Do the hours of coverage have to be consecutive? Yes, our photographers and videographers get paid the same amount regardless of whether or not they are needed at a specific time. If you have a long break between your event mass or wedding ceremony and reception, we might be able to offer a small discount. But our employees still need to get paid during that "wait" time.
Do you provide liability insurance? Yes! All you need to do is let us know your event or wedding hall's requirements and we would send you an appropriate document (proof of insurance) within 72 hours.
Will your videographer get in the way or my photographer or my guests? If you would like your wedding videographer to be as transparent as possible, we would be happy to comply with your request as long as you understand that some shots would not be taken in the best possible way so the final product wouldn't be as beautiful and artistic.
Do you use on-camera lights? Yes, each one of our cameras come with a light mounted on top of it, which allows us to capture everything more beautifully. Our lights are not too bright and they do not affect the comfort of most guests.
Do you offer any military discounts or other specials? Our event and wedding videography prices are so low that, unfortunately, there is no room for discounts. If you shop around, you will probably see that our rates are among the lowest in Southern California.
How to you record audio? All of our cameras have great built-in microphones that capture audio pretty well. However, if you event is at a beach or another windy or noisy location, we can supply an external sound recorder that would allow us to capture higher quality audio. The price for this service is $250. Please note that it would need to be connected to your DJ's equipment and, since there many different types of sound boards and DJ mixers, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee that it will be compatible.
